The Breakfast and Beyond Program recipes are developed in the Medavie Community Kitchen in the Centre for Applied Research in Human Health at Mount Saint Vincent University.

Each recipe includes:

  • Nutrition information
  • Nova Scotia School Food and Beverage Standard

Some recipes also include a cooking video or animated video to show you how to make the recipe.
