The B.Ed. National–International Job Search is a great place to find exciting career opportunities in the education field. B.Ed. degree students and B.Ed. alumni from Acadia University, Cape Breton University, Mount Saint Vincent University, Saint Francis Xavier University, and Université Sainte-Anne are eligible to attend the event. This page contains helpful information about registering for the Job Search.

Student Registration

B.Ed. students and B.Ed. alumni should register for the Job Search by contacting the appropriate representative listed below. Please include your year of study and program: Elementary or Secondary.

Everett MacPherson – Acadia University
Robyn Neal – Cape Breton University
Kathryn McCabe– Mount Saint Vincent University
Rachel Power – Saint Francis Xavier University
Lisette Tardif – Université Sainte-Anne

When you arrive at the Job Search on January 28th, you will check-in with your university representative in the Rosaria Student Centre. A name tag will be prepared for you. Student check-in starts at 11:00 a.m.

 

Event Schedule

Saturday, January 28th, Rosaria Student Centre, Mount Saint Vincent University

11:00 a.m.—noon: Participants begin check-in

noon—2:00 p.m.: B.Ed. National-International Job Search (graduating B.Ed. students and alumni only)

2:00—4:00 p.m.: B.Ed. National-International Job Search (all B.Ed. students and alumni)

4:00—6:00 p.m.: Interviews

 

Sunday, January 29th, Mount Saint Vincent University

9:00 a.m.—3:00 p.m.: Interviews continue on Mount campus

What to Bring

  • A valid student ID from one of the host universities

—OR—

  • Proof of graduation from one of the host universities
  • Resumes and portfolio
