Questions about refusal
Refusal decisions are final and not open to appeal. We receive hundreds of applications for limited seats in our graduate programs so admission is very competitive. Meeting the minimum admission requirements does not guarantee acceptance. You are competing with many other candidates for limited seats so the onus is on you to submit a complete application BEFORE the application deadline. No additional information will be reviewed after a refusal has been sent.
