The mission of Mount Saint Vincent University co-operative education program is to be a leader in fostering and advancing work-integrated learning by:

Mount Co-operative Education Program (Public Relations, Business Administration, Tourism & Hospitality Management) »
At the Mount, learning extends beyond the classroom. Through the co-op program, students alternate semesters in class with paid work terms in positions related to their field of study, including Public Relations, Business Administration, and Tourism and Hospitality Management.
Bachelor of Arts and Science Internship Program »
This internship program integrates academic studies with one paid internship work term after a student’s third year of study. Students gain valuable work experience in the corporate, government or not-for-profit sector, while exploring their career goals. Enrollment in the program is limited and selection is based on academic background and achievement.
Tourism and Hospitality Management Practica »
This practica program allows students to build on previous academic or significant industry experience while maintaining greater flexibility in their academic scheduling. The practica route integrates classroom study with two alternating work terms of 455 hours each. Practica terms are completed during the summer semesters based on industry demands.
Public Relations Work Experience Option »
The public relations work experience program allows you to integrate academic studies with full-time paid career-related experience in an organizational setting: corporate, non-profit or government. The program also gives you an opportunity to explore and determine career goals.
