Deanna is the Lab Instructor in the Department of Business Administration and Tourism and Hospitality Management at Mount Saint Vincent University.  She holds a Bachelors in Tourism and Hospitality Management (MSVU) and a Red Seal Cook Certification.  Deanna has 25+ years extensive hospitality industry experience in the areas of off-site catering, hotel food & beverage, and catering & event management.
