Document Delivery form:
Request an item or check on the status of a pending request.

Library Materials Recommendations form:
Faculty members may recommend items for the library to acquire.

MSVU ID Card & Online Library Login Request form:
This form is ONLY for students who live outside of travelling distance of the MSVU Campus. If you live within travelling distance of the MSVU campus please come to the library for a picture ID card. Please check the Library’s hours of operation.

Library Account:
Renew your loans or check on the status of a pending request.

Online Reading Lists and Print Reserves Request form:
The Library’s Reserve and eReserves Service ensures that your students have equal access to supplemental readings. Faculty are encouraged to submit their online reading lists and course reserve requests by using this form. Please note that users must have a valid Mount Saint Vincent University Student or Faculty ID card in good standing in order to access materials in print or online.
