Elizabeth received a BA in English and Classics from the University of King’s College in 1997, and an MA in Medieval Studies from the University of Toronto in 2000, where she enjoyed the company of Geoffrey Chaucer, William Langland, and the Vercelli homilist. She has taught in the English departments of Saint Mary’s and Mount Saint Vincent universities since then, along with stints as an editor (Nimbus Publishing) and a writer (three author/ co-author credits so far with another book on urban gardening in the works).
