BBA with a Major in Management

You will gain the knowledge and experience necessary to manage businesses, non-profit and public sector organizations. To earn a BBA with a management major, you must complete a total of six full units of management courses in your degree program. If you plan on earning professional designations in management, you may want to complete a major in management, rather than a minor. The more management courses you complete, the greater the chances of getting course exemptions in post-grad professional studies.

BBA with a Management Concentration

You may choose to complete a concentration in management instead of a major. The management concentration is ideal if you want to learn about business management and another area of business administration as well. You can also take a double concentration, with the second in another field that interests you. For example, you could combine this concentration with a second concentration in marketing, finance, accounting, economics, or tourism and hospitality management.

When you take a double concentration, you will get a better overall understanding more than one facet of business which, in turn, gives you more employment opportunities when you graduate.
