Welcome to Vincent's Restaurant

Vincent's is a teaching kitchen that supports education for students enrolled in Tourism and Hospitality Management courses.

Students have an opportunity to engage in learning as they experience working in a commercial kitchen, operating a restaurant business, or planning and organizing a catering event. 

Vincent's Restaurant will be open to the public for lunch, 11:30 am - 2:00 pm on the following dates:

Friday, February 10th
Friday, March 9th
Friday, March 23rd

Vincent's Restaurant will be open to the public for dinner, 4:30 - 7:00 pm on the following dates:

Wednesday, February 15th
Wednesday, March 7th
Wednesday, March 21st

Please note: the restaurant is operated in a learning environment, therefore there may be occasions when service times take longer than usual. We appreciate your support.

Reservations

Reservations can be made by leaving a message on our reservation line at 457-6516.  Please leave your name, contact information, the date and time you would like to attend and the number of people in your reservation. Our Reservations Assistant will contact you to confirm your reservation as soon as possible.  You  may also email us at vincents@msvu.ca.

LocationMount Saint Vincent University is located off the Bedford Highway. 

On campus directions to Vincent's Restaurant, Rosaria Building, Room #300A:
Enter the campus on Seton Road. 
Rosaria is the first building on the right hand side as you drive up the hill.
Vincent's Restaurant is located on the third floor, in the foyer of the Rosaria Aramark Dining Hall.
