About the LEAD Fundraiser
Mount Saint Vincent University’s Department of Business and Tourism is proud to launch the LEAD
Fundraiser, a new lottery-style initiative designed to support student learning beyond the classroom.
LEAD stands for Learning, Engagement, Advancement, and Development – reflecting our commitment to helping students build the skills, confidence, and real-world experience they need to succeed in their future careers.
The LEAD Fundraiser replaces the long-standing TEAM Dinner & Auction, offering a new way to strengthen partnerships between MSVU and the community. Contributions directly support learning experiences that connect classroom theory with real-world practice and prepare students to become future leaders.
All proceeds support student learning opportunities such as:
- Conferences & case competitions
- Industry networking & field experiences
- Experiential learning that builds professional confidence
- Reduced financial barriers for student participation
Prizes
Grand Prize is Air Canada Round Trip Tickets for Two within North America, the Caribbean, or Hawaii.
Secondary prizes consist of multiple donated travel, accommodation, dining, and experience packages.
