Intramural Sports are organized sports leagues and events offered by Mount Campus REC for all MSVU students. They’re designed to be fun, inclusive, and accessible to all skill levels.
Get active this fall and compete in the Fall Volleyball Cup!
Register as a team by selecting a team captain, or sign up as an individual and we’ll place you on a team. Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to the game, all MSVU students are welcome to participate.
This is a great opportunity to stay active, meet new people, and enjoy some friendly competition throughout the semester.

MSVU Campus REC offers a wide range of social events are designed to help students connect, unwind, and build community outside the classroom.
Get ready for an exhilarating adventure with Colour Chase, an amazing race-style event that combines the thrill of competition with the vibrant fun of powdered paint! Teams will race against the clock and each other, navigating through a series of exciting challenges spread across various checkpoints.
As teams progress through the race, they’ll collect different colors of powdered paint, creating a unique and colorful journey. The event will culminate in a grand finale where the teams will come together for a final, epic color explosion, celebrating their achievements in a burst of vibrant hues.
Open to all Mount Students. Wear a white t-shirt, sunglasses or goggles and a change of shoes for after the event.

MSVU students get free admission to all Mystics home games with a valid student ID card.
