The success of the BSSO remains linked to our dedicated, passionate volunteers within the MSVU community. Come and volunteer with us! At every stage of an event or project, you can be a part of something big—Follow your skills and passion whether they lead you to assist with the initial stages of concept planning and logistics, your desire to take charge front and center by hosting an event or program; maybe you prefer to execute plans behind the scenes through setting up, there is a place here for you at the BSSO!
Getting involved helps to build stronger relationships within the Black community, provides CCRP recognition, and establishes professional connections for references in the future—all while learning about the value of centering Black students in the programs we initiate.
