The Mount offers meeting facilities and services to external clients year-round. Whether your group is searching for a 15 seat seminar room, “theatre in the round” for 1000, or a banquet room for 200, we have the space for you.

Meeting spaces are available in Rosaria Student Center, Evaristus Hall, and Seton Academic Center. Go to the on-line campus tour or download the campus map (PDF) for the locations of the various buildings

Seton Auditorium The Seton Auditorium can seat up to 1000 people when it is in the full theatre (May to August).
Meadows Dining (small) The Meadows facility is a great space for smaller meetings, brainstorming sessions and receptions.
MPR (small) The Multi-Purpose Room can seat up to 350 at rounds or 500 for a stand up reception. This space features a flexible stage, built in sound system, LCD projection and Wi-Fi.

Catering & Food Services

Chartwells is the Mount’s supplier for all food and beverage service and products. Whether you are ordering a coffee break, closing banquet or a specially themed luncheon, Chartwells can design a menu to suit your needs. Standard catering menus can be forwarded on request, and meal plans are available for groups looking for an all inclusive conference package.

Annually, the Mount hosts dozens of wedding receptions, Christmas parties and corporate receptions to members of the local community.
