TIME SLOT INFORMATION for Gymnasium Bookings

  • You can book your spot 7 days in advance.
  • Booking time slots are ONE HOUR in length.
  • Workout time is 45 minutes, allowing 15 minutes for transitions and cleaning.
  • You can book a maximum of two hours per day
  • Back-to-back bookings are permitted.
  • You will chose your ZONE when you arrive.

DAILY OPTIONS

REMINDER:  you are booking a time slot.  Your ZONE SELECTION will take place when you arrive at the Fitness Centre each day.

Mondays:   7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm

Tuesdays:  7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm

Wednesdays:  7am, 8am, 9am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm

Thursday: 7am, 8am, 9am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm

Friday: 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm

 

 

ZONE DESCRIPTIONS for the gymnasium

– The six ZONES in the Gym are defined and sectioned off by the 6 basketball nets.
– You can borrow equipment from the front desk but we would prefer if you brought your own.
