Intramural Sports are organized sports leagues and events offered by Mount Campus REC for all MSVU students. They’re designed to be fun, inclusive, and accessible to all skill levels.
Volleyball Cup
Have fun this fall and compete in the Volleyball Cup!
Register as a team by designating a team captain, or sign up as an individual and we’ll place you on a team! All MSVU students are welcome.

3v3 Basketball League
This league is for participants who enjoy playing basketball and are looking to engage in friendly competition. It’s designed to be an inclusive space where players can foster healthy competition in pursuit of the coveted Intramural Champions T-shirt and bragging rights!
Register as a team by designating a team captain, or sign up as an individual and we’ll place you on a team. All MSVU students are welcome.

At each challenge, participants will be rewarded with a burst of colorful powdered paint, adding a splash of excitement and a visual spectacle to the event. Whether it’s solving puzzles, completing physical tasks, or navigating tricky obstacles, every challenge will test the teams’ skills, teamwork, and creativity.
