Membership Information

Fitness & Facility COMBO Membership

Includes access to all Group Fitness Classes, plus the Conditioning Centre.

One year membership: $155.00 + HST
Valid one year from the date of purchase.

Our Fitness & Facility Combo Membership includes:
Access to our ZONE workout system. Zones are assigned upon arrival on a first come, first serve basis.
Access to Group Fitness classes.
Virtual classes require a link so please ensure you register 72 hours in advance of the first class.

Payroll Deduction Payment option:
– $14.85 over 12 bi-weekly payments.

BEFORE YOU BOOK - please review

Masks must be worn in common areas, hallways, lockers rooms, etc., but can be removed during physical activity.

Review our “Workout In Person” and Zone Information pages.  These will provide information on zone access, equipment, booking details, etc.

Recommendation:  On your first visit, please book two time slots, back-to-back, to ensure you have enough time to carefully read and complete the waivers.  You will need to sign the document at the Fitness Centre desk, prior to using our facility.


Booking Information:

  • Book your in-person workout up to 7 days in advance by following these steps. Please note that space is limited and you cannot book within one hour of the booking start time.
  • Select the green “Book your time slot today” button.
    • This will take you to the Accessing Campus website. Under the Mount Fitness Centre section, please click “Book a Fitness Centre appointment”
    • Log in using your MSVU credentials.
    • Select where you want to go.

      • Fitness Class Booking – see details below
      • Gymnasium Booking – see details below
    • Select the date and time.
    • Enter your contact information.
    • Click the blue “book” button.

Mount Fitness Centre Zone Booking
– When you book, you are booking a time slot, NOT a Zone.
– You will choose your workout ZONE upon arrival, on a first come first serve basis.
– Time slots are ONE HOUR in length.
– Workout time is 45 minutes, allowing 15 minutes for transitions and cleaning.
– You can book a maximum of two hours per day
– Back-to-back bookings are permitted.

Fitness Class Booking Details
– Book the time that the fitness class falls in. Example: 12:10pm class time is the 12pm booking time.
– You can book up to 2 in person time slots per day.

Gymnasium Booking Details
– You will choose your workout ZONE when you arrive.
– Time slots are ONE HOUR in length.
– Workout time is 45 minutes, allowing 15 minutes for transitions and cleaning.
– You can book a maximum of two hours per day
– Back-to-back bookings are permitted.

Refund Policies

Facility & Group Fitness Refund Policy:
– Full refund if request to cancel is received within 7 days of purchase.
– Prorated refunds will be given after the seventh day with medical or work related documentation.

Recreation Programs Refund Policy:
– Full refund within 5 days of first class.
– Prorated refunds will be given after the fifth day with medical or work related documentation.
