Class Descriptions


  • 15/30/15 - Start your morning with a super balance of 15 minutes cardio, 30 minutes muscle training and 15 minutes stretching. This class uses a wide range of equipment and is suitable for all ages and abilities.
  • Ballet Body - A unique approach to muscle toning and endurance! Feel the passion and posture that a dancer develops through regular ballet barre training and other disciplines such as jazz & modern dance and pilates. This class is done barefoot and everyone is welcome - no experience necessary.
  • BoxFit - Powerful beats and DJ lighting support & inspire a workout  blending cardio boxing and core strength. Expect muscle definition and super-charged cardio fitness if you attend regularly. All levels!
  • Classic Cardio - A taste of classic high/low aerobics mixed with basic step and some athletic drills thrown in. Challenge your heart & lungs, burn mega calories, and feel energized when you’re done!
  • Core & More - Abs & back are only the beginning! In Core & More you will use hand weights, balls, foam rollers and more to work on functional movement and get a total body workout. With dimmed lights and gentle music this workout targets the mind and body! 
  • Core & Recover - 15 minutes of core work then 15 minutes to stretch and relax.
  • Interval Power - How do you get a super fun total body workout without getting bored? Interval training!  This consists of bursts of high-intensity training alternating with periods of lighter activity to recover and our instructor will push, guide and motivate you every step of the way!
  • MPowered - LOW impact, HIGH intensity! This MOUNT signature workout is the perfect way to build bodies, not break them. Including both strength and cardio intervals you’ll experience a class like NO OTHER!  Try kettlebells, gliding discs, the TRX and much more!! 
  • Power 45 - Combining full-body strength training moves with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and  enhance your overall well-being. Get and keep your heart rate up and burn more fat/calories in less time! workout.
  • Strength & Sculpt - Why? Because getting stronger can make you feel healthier and more confident. Every week can include a variety of muscle groups and equipment such as resistance bands, stability balls, kettlebells or just body weight. 
  • Tabata Fit - Looking for a challenge? Try this total body system workout that incorporates high intensity exercise bouts with short rest intervals. Only 30 minutes makes it easy to fit in to your life!   
  • Total Body 30 -  A 30 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) class, alternating between short periods of strength and cardio exercises. This class works the whole body and is exciting, fun and quick to do. Increase your fitness level, build lean muscle, burn calories, and increase energy.  An optional 10 min stretch is offered at the end for those who want to stay!
  • Total CoreThis class offers a 30min option (6:00-6:30pm) or stay for the full hour. The burn will focus on every muscle in and around your core. From back to abs to glutes you will train smarter, improve posture, and feel stronger with every workout. Equipment will vary to keep the exercises fresh and there will always be options to accommodate all fitness levels. 

  • Yoga - A must-do class that combines different Yoga styles and stretches to improve your strength, flexibility, balance and peace of mind. The perfect break in your day to leave you calm and refreshed.  (Different instructors may offer different class structures.)
  • Yoga Fusion - What do you get when you combine yoga with functional fitness, and plyometric strength exercises? Improved strength, flexibility and balance! This class will incorporate yoga and at least one other component (strength, endurance, balance) to not only challenge your muscles in new ways but to help you make the most of your gym experience.
