FREE VIRTUAL Fitness Classes
The Mount Fitness Centre will be offering fitness classes online through Skype For Business. We now have 6 FREE virtual fitness classes per week to keep you moving!
Participants are asked to please complete and return our Release Agreements (attached to the meeting invitation). We also require that you complete an online PAR-Q form (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) before joining a class. This is a self-assessment tool to determine if you are ready for physical activity and does not need to be returned to the Mount Fitness Centre.

Strength & Tone with Delores
Why strength & tone? Because getting stronger can make you feel healthier and more confident. Every week can include a variety of muscle groups that will provide a full body workout!
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:15 p.m
Tabata Fit with Brigitte
Looking for a challenge? Try this total body system workout that incorporates high intensity exercise bouts with short rest intervals. Only 30 minutes makes it easy to fit in to your life!

Yoga-lates with Delores
A must-do class that combines Yoga and Pilates styles to improve your strength, flexibility, balance and peace of mind. The perfect break in your day to leave you calm and refreshed.
Wednesday 12:00-12:45 p.m.
Core & More with Brigitte/Delores
Abs & back are only the beginning! In this virtual Core & More you will work on functional movement and get a total body workout that targets the mind and body!
Saturdays at 9:00 a.m.
Power 45 with Brigitte
Combining full-body strength training moves with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and enhance your overall well-being. Get and keep your heart rate up and burn more fat/calories in less time! workout.
