BANDS & BALLS:
Improve muscle endurance and balance using a mix of resistance bands, stability balls, medicine balls and more! You will feel the burn but most of all you will have fun bouncing, and changing your body for the better!
BODY BALANCE:
Looking to improve your balance and posture while getting an overall workout? This class is designed to ease you into a regular routine of muscle endurance, balance and mobility training. Set to fun music this class will help you feel strong in body and mind!
BOOT CAMP:
Don’t miss this new boot camp class blending the best of HIIT and TABATA training. Experience heart-pounding intervals that alternate between high intensity bursts and brief recovery periods, maximizing fat burn and endurance. Whether you’re a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just starting, this dynamic boot camp promises a challenging and exhilarating workout. Join us for a session that will leave you feeling empowered and energized!
CORE & MORE:
Abs & back are only the beginning. Core & More gives you a total body workout! Using balls, foam rollers and lots more creates a challenging & fun toning class.
CORE & STRETCH:
Target those important muscles in our centre and ensure a well-balanced body. Exercises to tone abs, back, hips and then a total body stretch to allow for some well-deserved relaxation.
DANCE & TONE:
This is an energetic, but easy to follow fusion of dance, and strength training. Focusing on cardiovascular fitness, strength, coordination, core work and stretching with tons of awesome music from many genres. This class is for anyone looking for fun, and an effective total body workout all in one class!
INTRO CIRCUIT:
Walking, climbing, strengthening and stretching. This LOW IMPACT workout will include walking (both indoors and outdoors) for cardio health, as well as, intervals of strength and endurance activities at various stations. A fantastic starting point for your exercise journey with lots of options to challenge you as your fitness level grows.
INTERVAL GROOVE: Take simple dance cardio moves and a variety of strength and endurance exercises and combine them into intervals for the perfect mix! Sweat, burn, and have tons of fun in this total body workout. Designed for all ages with options for all levels!
MPowered:
LOW impact. HIGH intensity! This MOUNT signature workout is the perfect way to build bodies, not break them. Using minimal equipment, you will do both strength and cardio intervals for a class experience like NO OTHER! Spark your metabolism and burn calories like a pro.
POWER & STABILITY:
Ready to get stronger mentally & physically? Build your overall strength and power in this focused but fun workout. Safely develop greater muscle tone & improve your balance with the use of a variety of free weights as well as sandbags, body bars and your bodyweight. Incorporates ideas from boxing, yoga and power lifting. Open to all levels!
*Virtual participants: We recommend you have a large range of weight options at your disposal. Some exercises may not be possible to duplicate outside the studio.
STEP:
Rock your cardio and challenge your brain with basic step aerobics. Virtual participants can do movements on the floor if no step platform is available. Designed for all levels.
STEP & PUMP:
Rock your cardio and challenge your brain with basic step aerobics. Then target muscle strength and endurance with safe & effective weight training. Use of dumbbells, stability balls & other resistance tools will make this feel like a total body challenge!
YOGA:
A must-do class that combines different Yoga styles and will improve your strength, flexibility, balance and peace of mind. The perfect break in your day to leave you calm and refreshed. Suitable for all levels.
YOGALATES:
This class fuses the mindfulness of yoga and the therapeutic value of pilates. Awaken your deepest core muscles and improve flexibility & posture. With the use of props, modifications are offered and injuries are avoided. Suitable for everyone, this class will leave you feeling stronger and standing taller!
ZUMBA:
Take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
