Recreation Activities for Residence Students
There are intramurals for students living on campus every Thursday evening. Mount Campus Rec offers a variety of different fun, sport-based activities throughout the year in the gymnasium. Check the weekly schedule to see what’s happening each Thursday.
Please note: All events currently have a capacity and require students to pre-register at the Mount Fitness Centre.

The Mount Residence Cup is a point-based contest between the residences at MSVU. Teams compete for points by attending various events on campus and competing in a variety of challenges. At the end of the academic year, the team who has the most points overall will be the MOUNT RESIDENCE CUP CHAMPIONS for that year and take home the grand prize!

Haunted Halls Judging: Friday, October 29, 1:00pm
Spooky Season is here and it’s time to decorate your halls for a chance to win points towards the grand prize. Mount Residence Cup judges will determine who’s halls are the most haunted of all! Contact residence@msvu.ca for more information.
Trivia Night Monday, November 15 | 6:30 – 8:00pm | Campus Pub
It’s time to test your trivia knowledge! Compete with your residence team to earn points towards winning the Mount Residence Cup.

Dodgeball Monday, November 29 | 9:00-10:30pm | Gymnasium
The Mount Residence Cup challenge continues! Bring your hall-mates and compete in the fan favourite event, MRC Dodgeball.
