Boy’s basketball program:
Mystics 3 v 3 is a six-week basketball program for U12 and U14 players. Each hour-long session will include skill work at the beginning led by Mystics staff and players. That skill work will then be applied directly to 3-on-3 games for 45-minutes of play.
3-on-3 is a great way for players to understand how to play with and without the ball, as well as understanding spacing on offence and defence.
This is open to players of all levels of experience, where everyone can develop and grow over the six-week program.

Boys Basketball Camps

The MSVU Mystics are excited to offer a 2-day camp for U10 Boys this August! This camp will include:
– a camp T-shirt
– athletic development
– skill instruction
– small competitive games
– full court 5 on 5 each day
All campers will have the chance to work with the 2025 CCAA Men’s Basketball Coach of the Year, Danny De Palma and Mystics players and will leave camp on Sunday as improved players.
U10 session
August 9-10, 2025

2025-26 PD & March Break Day Camps

2025 Summer Day Camps
– Registration will begin on March 5, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (AST)

– To register, children must be entering grades 1-6 in September 2025 (currently in grade primary – grade 5). Children currently in pre-primary are too young for this camp.

In partnership with the Shotokai Karate Club, we offer this karate program for youth ages 7-15 of all skill levels.
Shotokai is a non-competitive martial art that empowers children to improve themselves through practicing Karate-do, and it is a fun way to be active and stay fit.
Instructor: Shotokai Karate Club owner, Randy Veinotte
Location: Mount Fitness Centre – Gymnasium. During renovations in March-May, classes will be in the Studio.
Additional notes:
– Grading will take place in December, March, and June.
– Uniforms: Karate Gi’s are not mandatory for beginners. For all others, purchases can be arranged through Randy Veinotte.
– The Shotokai Karate Club will issue additional information regarding grading and uniform fees at the start of the session.
