MORE than just a workout; these programs will guide you to achieve goals within a certain time frame. With no more than 12 people and 1 (or 2) Certified Personal Trainers guiding, motivating and checking in with you regularly, the chances of that are much higher than with your own workouts. Each program’s goal may vary as will the length of time and the content of the classes but you are guaranteed to have: Access to specialty equipment not available to others, results-oriented instruction, Personal Fitness testing to benchmark your progress.
