The Graduate to Opportunity Program (GTO) provides salary contributions to employers to offset the cost of hiring a recent graduate and assist post-secondary graduates to find career opportunities in Nova

One Nova Scotia Desk Youth Employment Pilot - Do you want to help keep young talent in Nova Scotia? This program matches recent graduates and employers based on the education, experience, and interests of the graduates and the values, skill needs, and business objectives of employers. Time, length, and type of employment is at the discretion of the employer.

Work Smarts Program provides funding to small and medium sized businesses in Atlantic Canada to hire recent graduates.

The Game Changers , founded by the Halifax Partnership, assists members of the business community to hire new grads and young professionals.
