Foam Rolling Workshop
Try the condensed version of Terri’s Foam Rolling workshop. FREE to MSVU students, staff and faculty with a current membership. Foam rollers are wonderful and can be relaxing! But do you actually know how to use it safely & effectively? This workshop covers the basics of foam roller use including safety, how to roll, the science behind it, and a bit of myth-busting. Please dress in comfortable clothes for movement and feel free to take notes.
