High School Admission Requirements

Program Admissions requirements
Bachelor of Arts
  • English 3201 (obtain a grade of 65% or higher in this course)
  • Four additional Grade 12 academic courses
  • An overall average of 70% or higher and
  • No individual grade below 60%

For Psychology and Sociology/Anthropology majors, students require Grade 11 or 12 academic or advanced Math.*

For Economics or Mathematics majors, students require Grade 11 and 12 academic or advanced Math.*

*Students who lack the required mathematics may register in the BA program and complete MATH 0020.

Bachelor of Science
  • English 3201 (obtain a grade of 65% or higher in this course)
  • Math 3204 or Math 3205 or Math 3103 or Math 3207
  • One course from Biology 3201, Chemistry 3202 or Physics 3204
  • Two additional Grade 12 academic courses
  • An overall average of 70% or higher and
  • No individual grade below 60%
Bachelor of Arts (Child and Youth Studies)
*This is a limited enrolment program to be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis
  • English 3201 (obtain a grade of 65% or higher in this course)
  • Math 2204 or Math 2205 and four additional Grade 12 academic courses OR Math 3204 or Math 3205 or Math 3103 or Math 3207 and three additional Grade 12 academic courses
