High School Admission Requirements

Program Admissions requirements
Bachelor of Arts
  • English 122 (obtain a grade of 65% or higher in this course)
  • Four additional Grade 12 academic courses
  • An overall average of 70% or higher and
  • No individual grade below 60%

For Psychology and Sociology/Anthropology majors, students require Grade 11 or 12 academic or advanced Math.*

For Economics or Mathematics majors, students require Grade 11 and 12 academic or advanced Math.*

*Students who lack the required mathematics may register in the BA program and complete MATH 0020.

Bachelor of Science
  • English 122 (obtain a grade of 65% or higher in this course)
  • Foundations of Mathematics 120, Pre Calculus 120 or Calculus 120
  • One course from Biology 120, Chemistry 122, Physics 122 or Environmental Science 122
  • Two additional Grade 12 academic courses
  • An overall average of 70% or higher and
  • No individual grade below 60%
Bachelor of Arts (Child and Youth Studies)
*This is a limited enrolment program to be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis
  • English 122 (obtain a grade of 65% or higher in this course)
  • Foundations of Mathematis 110 or Pre Calculus 110 and four additional Grade 12 academic courses OR Foundations of Mathematics 120, Pre Calculus 120 or Calculus 120 and three additional Grade 12 academic courses
  • An overall average of 70% or higher and
  • No individual grade below 60%
Bachelor of Business Administration
  • English 122 (obtain a grade of 65% or higher in this course)
  • Foundations of Mathematics 120, Pre Calculus 120 or Calculus 120

  • An overall average of 70% or higher and
  • No Individual grade below 60%
Bachelor of Public Relations
