To mark the occasion, the Chinese Cultural Society presented the Mount, as well as special guests in attendance, with a piece of traditional calligraphy, created live on stage by Tourism and Hospitality Management student Taoyu Lin. It reads: “The ocean can hold the water from thousands of rivers because of its capacity and inclusiveness.” Cheega Qi presented the piece noting on behalf of international students that the Mount is their ocean.
