Alexa McDonough, Mount Saint Vincent University’s Interim President and Vice-Chancellor, was the honorary degree recipient at Dalhousie University’s fall convocation ceremony last weekend. Dalhousie recognized Alexa with a doctor of law degree for her work in Canada’s political realm. This is the second honorary degree Alexa has received this year, the first being a doctor of humane letter from the Mount at Spring 2009 convocation last May.
