More about Vincent’s
Vincent’s is a teaching kitchen and restaurant on campus at MSVU with a history almost 40 years strong. It supports the education of students enrolled in Tourism and Hospitality Management courses taught by Lab Instructor Deanna Struthers. At Vincent’s, students put theory into practice as they experience what it takes to deliver a quality experience for diners – from the kitchen to the dining room and all points in between.
MSVU Hospitality & Tourism students look forward to serving you!
