Workshop-Prepare for the Halifax Universities Career Fair (Evening Workshop) (Online)

Get ready with us for Halifax’s largest post-secondary career fair on Tuesday, October 21 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Halifax Convention Centre! It’s FREE and there’s a shuttle bus for MSVU students.

In this evening workshop a week before the fair, we’ll prepare an elevator pitch, discuss resume/LinkedIn formats, and use the Halifax Universities Career Fair website to filter for exhibitors BEFORE the fair (hint: they have openings for part-time, summer, and full-time jobs from the month after the fair and for the following year).

The shuttle bus leaves the main entrance of MSVU Seton Academic Centre starting hourly at 9:30 a.m. and departs the Halifax Convention Centre hourly until 3 p.m.
