CELPIP – Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program

The CELPIP test is a general English language proficiency test used for Canadian immigration and professional purposes. It is fully computer-delivered, completed in one sitting, and results are available quickly through your CELPIP online account.

Test Options:

 

CELPIP – General

  • Assesses your listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Approved by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for permanent residence applications.
  • Also accepted by many professional organizations for certification.

CELPIP – General LS

  • Assesses listening and speaking skills only.
  • Approved by IRCC for Canadian citizenship applications.
  • Also accepted for certain professional designations.
