Welcome to Career Services at MSVU! We’re open year-round to help all students and soon-to-be-graduates — up to 12 weeks after their last class or exam — explore their career path. Feeling uncertain about your program choice? Need to update your cover letter or resume? Some support for your job search would be helpful? Applying to graduate school or internship? We can help you find your way.

We are open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from June 1 to August 31) in EMF 141.

As of June 2, 2026 the MSVU Co-curricular Record (CCR) will be officially deactivated.

The certificate is a digital document that helped students track and display numerous volunteer and professional development experiences. The CCR gave students third-party endorsement for the competencies they earned while at MSVU.

If you need assistance with adding positions and downloading the certificate, do not hesitate to reach out by email to ccr@msvu.ca or through IG DMs @msvucareers. We’re here to help!

How To Print Your CCR

  1. Visit careerconnects.msvu.ca and login to the student portal using your MSVU credentials. Then, click the “Co-Curricular Record” tab in the blue dashboard menu.
  2. Next, click on the titles of your pending or approved positions. Then verify that you have assigned the levels (developing, competent or advanced) to your selected competencies for all positions and click save changes.
  3. Return to your profile in the “Co-Curricular Record Tab,” and then click the black circle with the three white dots in the bottom right corner of your screen.
  4. Lastly, click “Print my Co-Curricular Record” to save your certificate as a PDF or print.
