Fitness Classes

Throughout the entire year, our Fitness Centre offers a diverse selection of group fitness classes daily. These class are included in a fitness membership, class passes, and on a drop-in basis.

Active Living Programs

Our Active Living Programs are catered to meet your needs at various skill levels.
