About us

The Mount Fitness Centre provides a positive place for members of the Mount, as well as the broader community, to pursue their personal fitness goals. Located on the main floor of the Rosaria Student Centre, the Fitness Centre features a wide variety of weights and machines, as well as a separate room for fitness classes. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are happy to answer any questions you have about the facility, equipment, fitness classes and personal training offered.

Our facilities hosts a variety of equipment and rentals for people to use. Whether you train one-on-one, or take one of our classes, you’ll find the resources you need!


We offer a number of flexible membership types and options:

Community Membership: You don’t have to be a student or work at the Mount to join our Fitness Centre! There are a number of options for community members, including Day Passes, Group Fitness Class Passes and full-year Memberships. Click here to find out more.
