High School Admission Requirements

Program Admissions requirements
Bachelor of Arts
  • English 621 (obtain a grade of 65% or higher in this course)
  • Four additional Grade 12 academic courses
  • An overall average of 70% or higher and
  • No individual grade below 60%

For Psychology and Sociology/Anthropology majors, students require Grade 11 or 12 academic or advanced Math.*

For Economics or Mathematics majors, students require Grade 11 and 12 academic or advanced Math.*

*Students who lack the required mathematics may register in the BA program and complete MATH 0020.

Bachelor of Science
  • English 621 (obtain a grade of 65% or higher in this course)
  • Math 621 or Math 611
  • One course from Biology 621, Chemistry 621 or Chemistry 611
  • Two additional Grade 12 academic courses
  • An overall average of 70% or higher and
  • No individual grade below 60%
Bachelor of Arts (Child and Youth Studies)

  • Math 521 and four additional Grade 12 academic courses OR Math 621 or Math 611 and three additional Grade 12 courses
