During a period like this there are multiple reasons why we should be continuing to exercise or even starting a gentle routine.
• We need healthy outlets for our anxiety, frustration, anger or boredom.
• Exercise helps to boost the immune system and that is more important than ever right now.
It can be challenging to exercise at the best of times so we have introduced our Virtual Fitness Classes!
