Here is what you need to know about our ZONES to get started!
- You can book your spot 7 days in advance.
- Booking time slots are ONE HOUR in length.
- Workout time is 45 minutes, allowing 15 minutes for transitions and cleaning.
- You can book a maximum of two hours per day
- Back-to-back bookings are permitted.
- You will chose your ZONE when you arrive.
- Arrival: Please arrive no more than 10 minutes in advance.
