BEFORE you book your time slot, please read the information below and review our Zones.
Please note: the Online booking is a time slot, NOT a Zone booking. Zone bookings are assigned upon arrival on a first come, first serve basis.
BEFORE YOUR VISIT
Step #1:
Students: Review the information on your FREE All Access Pass
Faculty & Staff: CALL 902-457-6420 to purchase your IN-PERSON FACILITY PASS.
Step #2: Using your MSVU email account, BOOK YOUR TIME SLOT
Please ensure you carefully read the information below so you know what to do!
On your first visit, expect delays. Prior to the start of your activity, you will be required to complete and sign the participation RELEASE AGREEMENT AND THE UNIVERSITY ACTIVITIES WAIVER. To accommodate for the delay, we suggest you book two time slots, back-to-back.
Step #3: On the day of your booking, visit msvu.ca to complete the Mount’s ONLINE CHECK-IN FOR CAMPUS ACCESS FORM. You MUST complete this questionnaire before arriving on campus.
Step #4: Come prepared and dressed for your workout. Locker Rooms and showers are closed.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
– ENTER THROUGH THE MCCAIN BUILDING
Step #1: CHECK IN AT THE MCCAIN BUILDING first, then proceed to the Fitness Centre.
Step #2: CHECK IN at the Fitness Centre front desk. You must wear a MASK during the check-in and check-out process.
Step #3: On your first visit only, you will be required to sign the participation Release Agreement and the University Activities Waiver.
Step #4: ANSWER a screening questionnaire.
Step #5: Choose your ZONE. See page 4 for ZONE details
Step #6: SANITIZE YOUR HANDS and proceed to your ZONE with mask on. Mask can be removed once you are in your zone, working out.
Step #7: Clean the equipment BEFORE and AFTER use.
Step #8: Leave through assigned exit with mask on.
