FREE VIRTUAL Fitness Classes
The Mount Fitness Centre will be offering fitness classes online through Microsoft Teams. We now have 6 FREE virtual fitness classes per week to keep you moving!
Participants are asked to please complete and return our Release Agreements (attached to the meeting invitation). We also require that you complete an online PAR-Q form (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) before joining a class. This is a self-assessment tool to determine if you are ready for physical activity and does not need to be returned to the Mount Fitness Centre.
