Web banner_ Covid 19 MFC updates

Update: December 17, 2021

PHYSICAL DISTANCING and MASKS

  • We request you take care and consideration for personal space, and continue to maintain a physical distance of 6 feet between users, at all times.
  • Wear masks at all times, except when actively engaged in exercise.

NO MORE WORKOUT ZONES

  • Based on feedback and support from our MFC members, as communicated in the Fall 2021 Member Satisfaction Survey, we will be removing Zones from our Centre to allow for greater access to equipment during your workout time.

BOOKING

  • Currently, there will be no change to the booking system and timeslots.
  • We have lowered maximum capacity for the Centre per-hour to prevent overcrowding and to ensure COVID-19 protocols are being followed.
  • Book your timeslot here.

CHECK-IN & MASKS

  • When arriving at the fitness desk you will check in and place belongings either in a locker or in an available cubby inside the Conditioning Centre.
  • Masks are still required when moving throughout the Centre. They can be removed when you are actively
    engaged in exercise.

DURING YOUR TIMESLOT

  • During your timeslot you will have full access to all equipment and spaces.
  • Exception: the Exercise Studio will be closed during a fitness class or program

CARDIO SIGN-UP

  • All cardio equipment MUST be signed up for during the time of your workout using the Cardio Equipment Sign-Up Board, located on the wall just inside the Conditioning Centre front door.

CLEANING PROTOCOL

  • Each participant is required to take a cleaning cloth and ensure their equipment is cleaned before and after use.
  • Staff will continue to disinfect at regular intervals throughout the day.
