Wellness Centre:
Located in the SUB, room 106, the Wellness Centre and Food Bank is a services of the Mount Students’ Union and provides Mount Students with a variety of services, information and resources such as condoms, personal hygiene items, and resources for eating disorders, mental health, sexual health, sexual orientation and more.

Online Self-Help

MoodGym: MoodGYM is an interactive web program designed to help prevent depression. It consists of five modules, an interactive game, anxiety and depression assessments, downloadable relaxation audio, a workbook and feedback assessment.

CCI Health: CCI offers a clinical service for adults suffering from anxiety, mood and eating disorders. The clinical service is based on current evidence-supported practice and aims to best meet the needs of our clients.

AnxietyBC: AnxietyBC is a leader in developing online, self-help, and evidence-based resources on anxiety and anxiety disorders. Our site provides information to help you understand anxiety, as well as resources and tools to help you manage anxiety.
