Students will learn about typical interviewing processes and how to effectively prepare for each step from phone screens to group interviews. We’ll outline tips and tricks on how to prepare, reduce nerves, answer questions fully and in a way that sets students up for success, including follow-up, demonstrating an interest in an opportunity or company, and navigating the “salary question.” We’ll walk through the most common interview questions (including the salary discussion) and ways to structure answers for success, share areas where candidates tend to fall short during the interviewing process, and provide tips on how to set up interviews as a component of your overall candidacy.
