You must complete and return the Application for Admission form. In addition, your sponsor must complete the confidential Recommendation and Agreement to Sponsor form and send it directly to the Program Coordinator. The recommendation must include an appraisal of your management potential and a statement identifying the areas in which you require further training.

You must also provide a Personal Recommendation from an individual who is familiar with you in a setting other than work (for example, social, volunteer or academic) and is able to adequately assess your potential for learning and developing new skills.

Applications and supporting documents should be submitted as soon as possible, prior to June 30th. The selection process takes place in July, and you will be notified of the status of your application by August.

Applications received after June 30th will be considered only if space is available.

N.B.: Completed applications received by April 1, 2009, will be assessed for early acceptance by April 30.
