Remote Access

Please select one of the following to use Remote Access:

• Remote Desktop
              To access full client version of GroupWise and MS Office 2003 applications.
• Remote Desktop with File Transfer*
              To access desktop plus network files, including s: and n: drives and your personal c: drive.

* NOTE: File Transfer requires additional software. Due to only a limited number of licenses for this software being available select this option only when you need to transfer files between MSVU and your home computer.

This service allows you to log in to your e-mail and network files from any computer off campus with an Internet connection using Microsoft Internet Explorer.

The first time that you log in you will be prompted to install and run "Terminal Services ActiveX control", or "Citrix ICA 32-bit Window Client" and to "Synchronize your password".
