Emergency PhonesHotlines connect automatically to the Assisi Information Centre, which is staffed 24 hours/day. Hotline Information/Emergency Phones are located in:
• Seton Academic Centre lobby
• RBC Student Link (between Seton and the E. Margaret Fulton Communications Centre)
• Rosaria Student Centre (main entrance)
• All building elevators
Six emergency security phones are located on the campus. Emergency phones ring directly to Security when the receiver is lifted. Intercoms are located throughout Assisi, Rosaria and Evaristus Hall and connect to the Assisi Information Centre. Wallet-size campus maps showing the outside phone locations are available at the Assisi Information Centre.
Reporting Suspicious SituationsPlease contact University Security [(902) 457-6412] to report suspicious persons or unusual occurrences.
Requesting a Security EscortIf you are alone on campus after dark and wish an escort between buildings, to your vehicle or to the bus shelter, please contact the Assisi Information Centre at (902) 457-6412. A Security Officer will meet you as soon as possible. Security are not permitted to escort people to a wooded area.
Parking InformationParking permits are available at the Assisi Information Centre (24 hours/day) and at the Pay & Display permit dispensers. Pay & Display dispensers are located in Rosaria Lot #2 and in front of Seton Annex.
Smoking on CampusSmoking is not permitted inside or within 10 metres of any building.
