1. Take a few days to get settled in• Make sure you have registered for all your classes - both Fall and Winter Terms.

• Know your way around campus. Find your classrooms today.
• Use a wall calendar, day-planner or cell phone to stay on track.
• Plan to study at least 2 hours for every hour you are in class.
• Limit paid employment to less than 12/hrs/wk. Keep your studies as your full time job.
3. Go to Class• You are paying $13.60 per hour of lecture – don’t waste your money and throw it away
• Send a message to your Professor that school is important to you – sit front row centre and be present
