2.2.6 Change in Course Registration

UG Calendar Banner

Students may change their registration in courses during the first week of each semester only. An instructor is not obligated to accept a student into a class after the first full week of classes has passed.

In order to make such a change, students must complete a Course Change form and submit it to the Registrar’s Office.  These changes can also be done online through myMount.

It is the students’ responsibility to keep their registration records accurate and up to date through the submission of Course Change forms.

Alternately, students may submit changes by letter, fax, or Student WebMail to msvu.ca. Only changes made in writing or through myMount will be recorded. Distance students must complete Distance Learning procedures or inform the Registrar’s Office in writing.

The effective change date is the date the form is received and date-stamped in the Registrar’s Office.

Academic Note: This online web-based calendar is current, as of the final senate meeting for the academic year held May 9, 2011, and should be used for Summer/Fall registration purposes.
