Paulette is a Lab Instructor in the Department of Business Administration and Tourism and Hospitality Management at Mount Saint Vincent University. She can most often be found in Vincent's Restaurant; the department's on-campus teaching kitchen.
Paulette has experience working in the areas of foodservice, hospitality and fitness. She primarily teaches food related labs in the Tourism and Hopsitality Management program. She also teaches labs in the Department of Applied Human Nutrition on occasion. Paulette is involved with the Mount's Comunity Garden initative.
Paulette holds a certificate in Management Development for Women from Mount Saint Vincent University and Saint Mary's University, a BScHE and MAEd from Mount Saint Vincent University. She is an instructor for various managerial level food safety courses. Although new to the field of research, her interests include learning in restaurant kitchens and student engagement initiatives.
