DON'T wait until you are about to graduate to begin your job search. Recruiters start searching in the fall for students who will graduate in the spring. Attend job fairs before you get to the graduation point. Collect names of individuals who you want to work for, or who can advise you. Speak to Career Planning, and faculty members.
