Creative Writing display posted during Celebrating Writing Week
Students who require a Minor as part of their degree may complete the following courses for a Minor in English Literature.
A Minor in English Literature will consist of :

- ENGL 1155 or ENGL 1170 and 1171 (Students may not take both ENGL 1155 and ENGL 1170/1171)
- two other ENGL units at the 2000 level or above.
Total: 3 full units of ENGL courses
Please note that the English Department now offers two different Minors, one in Literature and one in Writing, and that the requirements are different for each one.
